What my real estate career has taught me.
Founding my own independent buyer’s agency opened the door to working alongside highly accomplished individuals — men and women navigating complex, high-stakes decisions where trust, discernment and strategic guidance matter deeply.
When people seek your counsel during some of the most significant financial decisions of their lives, you learn quickly that technical expertise alone is not enough. Pressure reveals everything. Your composure. Your standards. Your emotional discipline. Your ability to lead with clarity when others cannot.
These environments taught me profound lessons about negotiation, influence, and the importance of self-mastery. I began to understand how deeply our internal world shapes our external outcomes — and how personal power, when intentionally cultivated, can transform the way we lead, earn, communicate and move through life.
After almost three decades in real estate, I’m passionate about helping the next generation of property professionals build careers that are not only more successful, but more rewarding.
